I just got my new macbook air yesterday, and I was importing my photos to the laptop, but when it was done importing my photos from my phone all my pictures has been deleted. How do I get them back on my phone?

You give no information but I guess that you checked the box to delete the photos after import - assuming that you did then you need to connect the phone and use iTunes to sync them back - Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support
