Nickname won't work. How do I leave a review?

I've tried everything and the blue moon to leave my first review. I've also searched everywhere for this answer, and nothing pops up.

I want to leave reviews and have tried every type of nickname possible, so I know that some were definitely not taken, but the App store says otherwise.

Please help. How ridiculous is it, that I have to ask how to leave a review?
