Q: Need to sync 5S with new computer. Do not have access to previous computer (ITunes). How can I keep my data when syncing with new computer?

We first want to ensure you have a backup of all your data. Since you are not able to connect to iTunes on the work computer, we recommend making a backup using iCloud. How to back up your devices using iCloud.

1. Click the word iTunes up top next to the Apple. 

2. Choose Preferences.

3. Select the Devices tab.

4. Check the box to "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically."
