4.5g isn't accurate to describe the technology you're asking about.
4G is a generation and marketing marker in the process of wireless high-speed data communications.
It may be a spec too, but all of the marketing and advertising has bungled up the meaning of 4G and what it really means.

Some history:
3G - UTMS
4G - HSPA+

LTE - That's what it is.

LTE-Advanced is the fastest specification of the LTE network and the iPhone 5S doesn't support it.

LTE-Unlicensed operates in the 5Ghz range and the iPhone 5S doesn't support it.
