Q: How do I transfer a podcast from one Apple ID to another in Podcast Connect?

You will need to ask Support whether they can change it for you. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Incidentally, you should ensure that the 'itunes:owner' tag in your feed contains your email address, since this is how Support will identify you as the owner of the feed.

At this point Apple can NOT transfer ownership of your podcast from one podcast connect account to another.

The only solution and it is not a good one - is to create a new RSS feed and slightly different show title and resubmit the new feed for a new show in iTunes - and then redirect the old feed to the new feed.  Doing this will mean you loose all your ratings and reviews and search engine juice in iTunes.

So unless you HAVE to migrate the ownership of the shows to a new  Podcast Connect account you are best to keep it as is - and then hopefully in the future Apple will add a way to transfer a show from one podcast connect account to another - but right now it is NOT possible.
