Q: can't activate my ipad, it says " incorrect apple id " " u cannot use this blahblah "

i really don't know what to do, i tried to enter my icloud millions of times but it always says that, i 100% sure it was correct, i even used it to my phone and to log in here but why? what should i do please help. i had this ipad for years and also i bought it outside my country. PLS HELP ME PLEASE

Check that your account is correct at https://appleid.apple.com
If it's not, go to https://iforgot.apple.com and try and reset your account
If it works in the first place, make sure you are logging it right in all the services which use iCloud: What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support

Then reset your device as new and then restore your latest backup:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups - Apple Support

i reset my ipad bc i was gonna sell it to someone but when i checked it i was stuck on that activation screen asking for apple id entered it then i wont accept. it's mine, i used my apple id to sign in find my iphone .how can i activate it? thank you so much for answering and helping me.
