Q: Siri does not work on apple watch

First of al, I must admit that I truly hate my apple watch. Its the biggest tech-joke ever! Nothing works: The HR-is the worst! This is not a an sports watch, or activity device. It is a poor tamagotchi; you need to feed it, it is ugly, and I does not do ****; it only nags on you. Hence, I stopped using this piece of s...However, I am not letting apple win this one to...

I have set it back to factory settings.

Deleted everything on the watch.

I have turned Siri on and off.

And even changed language on Siri.

I have done several hard resets.

I have turned it on and of

I have tried to config. it to previous settings

Any suggestions?

Return the watch since you do not seem to like it. Try selling it to recover some of your investment. Sorry you feel that way, but you are entitled to your opinion. I really appreciate what mine can do, and I've not experienced any issues with it. Good luck.

Official Apple suggests the next steps in this case:

After each step, see if Siri responds:

    1. Check the Internet connection on your Apple Watch.
    2. On your iPhone, see if Siri is turned on. Tap Settings > General > Siri. Your Apple Watch mirrors your iPhone, so you don’t need to check your watch.
    3. On your Apple Watch, see if "Hey Siri" is turned on. Tap Settings > General > Siri on your Apple Watch.
    4. Restart your Apple Watch.
    5. On your paired iPhone, go to Settings > General > Siri and turn off Siri. Then turn it on again.
    6. See if the microphone on your Apple Watch is blocked. For example, if your device has a protective case, remove it.

If Siri still doesn't respond, contact Apple Support.

    Hi

To use Hey Siri, it is first necessary to wake the screen on your watch, either by:

    - Raising your wrist (if you have enabled this feature), or;

    - Tapping on the display.

Otherwise, Siri can be accessed by pressing and holding the Digital Crown until you see the listening indicator at the bottom of the screen (a haptic pulse also confirms when Siri is listening).

If you're still in the return period, do as Chris suggests and return it. No one should hold on to something they find so aggravating. If you're outside the return window, sell it or give it away to someone who might enjoy it.
