Q: PROBLEMS WITH APPLE ID - SECURITY QUESTIONS

Good morning, my name is Augusto Arnone and i’m contacting with you from Argentina through this email because, as you may now, Apple doesn’t have official support here in my country. Mainly i send this email because i’m having troubles with my apple ID.
Not long time ago i’ve been to USA and i’ve bought an $50 iTunes Card, those you can redeem to your account. When i uploaded that money to my account and try to bought, as it was my first time, ITUNES requested me my SECURITY QUESTIONS which I answered as I though I did when i created them but i found out that the answers are wrong so ITUNES requested me to use my BACKUP EMAIL which i don’t remember the password.
I’m sending this to you to know if there’s any chance to solve this problem, maybe changing my BACKUP email, because i can’t use the money i just put in the account and also can’t use the account in my other apple devices because it is blocked. I can provide any personal information to prove that I’m the owner of this account and that it truly belongs to me.
