Jun 3, 2016 2:44 PM in response to Gary Scotlandby MarthaColorado,Thanks Gary! So, what has been saved on iCloud is the most current version. With your instructions, I was able to save the iCloud version to my memory stick. I still don't know how to save the iCloud updated version to Keynote on my desktop though - when I click option and file, it does not give me an option of Keynote. Do I first save it somewhere else? Admin? Everything that I read says that iCloud will "seamlessly" and automatically update on any device that is set to iCloud??? P.S. Love your last name : )

Files are not saved to Keynote, they are saved to a folder of your choice on the Mac.
To copy an existing file from iCloud to your Mac, click on iCloud in the side panel of a Finder window, then drag the file to the desktop or a folder of your choosing.
