No. Not unless you're sharing an iCloud account, which is a bad idea.

Thanks for the speedy reply. My wife and I have individual accounts. I purchased additional storage for back ups. I wanted to avoid purchasing another 200 gb of storage.
The storage is tied to the Apple ID that purchased it.
