WebEx meeting not syncing to Office 365 calendar
We use Office 365 for Business. Many of our users have been issued company iPhones and configured them for their Office 365 accounts, using the native mail & calendar apps.
A user recently reported that if he accepts a (Cisco) WebEx meeting (by opening the .ICS file attached to the email), specifying that the meeting be added to his Office 365 calendar, the meeting shows correctly on the calendar on the phone, but does NOT sync to his Office 365 account (ie, does not appear in the web interface or in Outlook desktop application configured for same Office 365 account).
However, if a WebEx meeting is accepted using Outlook desktop application, then the meeting syncs to the iPhone and shows correctly everywhere.
I have been able to reproduce this issue on my own company iPhone.
The issue appears to happen only with WebEx meetings, but since accepting the same meeting in Outlook works properly, I'm not certain that it's a problem with WebEx.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, were you able to resolve it? (and how?)
