Paid podcast won't prompt for password

I had to change my password on a podcast's website which I assume uses the same password for the feed to iTunes. iTunes will not allow the password to be entered again and won't let me subscribe. Will I have to delete this podcast and re-download again?

Again, this is a paid podcast that requires a username and password to access in iTunes.
