Q: LOGIC not responding

logic not responding and coreMIDI.Framework keeps bouncing in my dock, does anyone know about this?

    What version of OS X?

    What Mac model, drive size, free space on drive, amount of RAM?

    I hope that external drive is either Thunderbolt or USB 3.0.  If USB 3, hope your MBP supports USB 3.  I don't remember.

     

    First, I'd run Disk Utilities, run Disk First Aid on all drives.

    If you have Disk Warrior, run it to repair directories on all drives.

    Other than that, I'd use "FCS Remover" free from Digital  Rebellion (dot com) to remove LPX totally.  Then reinstall.
