Home Sharing between PC & MacBook Pro Problem

All of my music is on my PC and I set up home sharing + shared my music on my network so that I can access it on my MacBook Pro. Problem is that the only music that is showing up is the albums that I loaded right before I set up sharing. I'm wondering why I can't see the rest of my music. I'm running Windows 10 home on my PC and OX El Capitan on my MacBook Pro.
