I Spilled Water on the Right Side of MacAir & Battery's not Charging!

I spilled water on the right side of my MacAir (13-inch, Mid 2013) in a backpack.

I clean it up and waitfor a couple hours. After that I start it and it works just fine.

The only problem is a "Battery's not Charging!" Now I have to run it with a power adapter otherwise it'll closedown because of 0% battery.

Does anybody experience this problem and have the solutions? Please help.
