Q: Ipod shuffle 4th gen problem

My ipod shuffle 4th gen won't open, I left it charged overnight and unplugged on a charging dock but every time I open it, it only do 3 blinking red lights every 5-6 seconds, how's that happened?

That suggests very low charge. Perhaps you need to use a different cable.
