Q: Sign in repeatedly fails
I have been trying to log in to my account via Apple TV.
Once I input my (correct) id, the display goes briefly to the General Page, but then goes straight back to the sign in page. There is nothing wrong with my wi-fi, as I can sign in on other devices. Can someone please help with a solution? Regards.

Try the following steps for the Apple TV 4, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
- Restart the Apple TV (Settings > System > Restart).
- Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
- Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
- Reset the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Reset all settings)
- Restore the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Restore)
