does anyone else wish they could remove permission for an app?

I Gave permission for my teen to download YouTube. He uses it now all the time. I would like to be able to remove permission to use it, but it's impossible. If you delete the app from the phone, it can be re-downloaded again and again because permission was granted at one time.
