Jun 4, 2016 7:27 AM in response to dmatineby ChrisJ4203,Have you tried using a new plug base, or a different power outlet at the house? How about a different cable? The new iPhone 6s should have come with new charging base and cable. I suggest a different power outlet.

If none of that works, since you have a "brand new" iPhone, be sure to Contact - Official Apple Support

Jun 4, 2016 8:03 AM in response to dmatineby ChrisJ4203,The only way the device would not charge when plugged into the wall, but would charge if plugged into the computer is if the plug block, cable, or wall plug were defective. If you have tried an alternate to each of those, I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar, bring all of that content and have the device and its accessories tested there. This makes no sense to me.
