Not very happy with El Capitan spotlight.
A spotlight search will give me results including images, when I click on the "Show All in Finder" the image results aren't there.
Very frustrating.
Also spotlight used to show paths to the images or other documents, doesn't do that anymore either.

Try going to Finder/View/Show Path Bar.
Try rebuilding the Spotlight index.

FWIW, if you click on the word "Images", it will show only the images in the Finder.
I don't remember the Path being shown but I rarely used Spotlight before 10.11.
