Q: I have a couple of apps that are charging me renewals. If I delete these will I still be charged?
I am being charged by a couple of apps. If I delete them out of the iTunes store purchased history will they still be able to charge me?

If they are using subscriptions yes, you will be still charged.
Good news is that if they are subscriptions you can remove them in iTunes: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
