after going to setting-general-carrier-version is 24.1jio and I am using iOS 9.3.2
still there is no nework bars and I am not able to use 4G on iPhone 6

Not all models of iPhone support all bands. One model can work in one country and the same model cannot work in a different country (for 4G/LTE), so first of all, check whether that model should allow that network here:

If it should, then talk to your carrier and tell them your iPhone is listed to support LTE with them, and ask what do you need to enable or what do they need to do in order to make it work.
Did you buy your device in a different country or over the Internet? That could also be the cause why one works and not the other.
if you could still help me with the solution then it will be great for me..otherwise buying a new iPhone is not feasible
how to know about the carrier bands i mean which band they are offering
actually I stay in a small town where noone is that much qualified to give me such technical details
and if something be done from my existing iPhone setting then i will do it now
Help what? That carrier doesn't support LTE on the iPhone. There is nothing we can do about it. Complain to your carrier.
If 4G does not work either, switch mobile data to 3G in Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data

There is no solution short of buying a new phone that works on the LTE bands used by your carrier.
try opening http://www.unlockit.co.nz/ from your iPhone safari browser.
then got to create apn.
then select India and reliance and click create.
install the file and you are done.....
