Q: Ipad logged into ICloud but that account doesn't exist

Hello, I have an Ipad and I am trying to import my photos onto my computer.  Not all of them will import and when I try to use Icloud to find them, I can't because it says I need to lock in to turn off Find My Iphone.  The problem is, the account logged into Icloud doesn't even, nor has it ever existed.  I can't log out of this account because of the Find My Iphone Block and I am afraid to log out without knowing if my photos will still be available.  I'm not sure what I can do to access these photos, log out and log in to a legitimate account.
