iTunes won't allow me to Subscribe to or download podcast

Hi,

I'm starting a new podcast and have hopefully finally managed to get it into the iTunes store (and sorted the artwork out). However, hitting the Subscribe button doesn't seem to do anything, nor does Get. The podcast plays fine.

Please could you advise? I'm sure there is just one small thing I'm missing but I can't find it.
