iTunes Backup to ICloud
How can I backup the ITunes on my Mac Air to my ICloud storage? Also, can I then stream from my ICloud storage to my IPhone or IPad and if so, how would I do that?

You can't stream music from iCloud storage. If you subscribe to iTunes Match, you music is accessible from the cloud on your iPhone and iPad. iTunes Match is not a back up service and if you opt to subscribe to match, you should create a back up on an external drive.
