From iPad: How to share a video to iCloud drive

I took a video in camera on my iPad and wanted to move my videos from my photos on my iPad to iCloud drive but when I click share, iCloud Drive is not an option. Please help. I don't want to keep the video on my iPad... I need the storage space.
