iPhone
Q: iphone can't be synced in iTunes
When I connect my iPhone 6 plus to my iMac, I get the message above. It hasn't backed up or synced for quite a while now. I thought it might be IOS 9.3.1, but it's still doing it after updating to 9.3.2.
Any suggestions?

You are using iTunes 12.4, correct?
You do have at least OS X 10.8.5, correct?
