How to Cancel HBOtoGo?

I signed up for the 30 day free HBOtoGo. One day later I sent them a message to cancel. Then I sent six more message to them to cancel. I disputed the charge on iTunes. I talked with someone at iTunes who "tried" to transfer me to someone else and we got disconnected. No one tried to contact me again.

I cancelled by credit card. The credit card company gave my new account number to iTunes without my permission and I am now being charged $14.99 for HBO and I don't want it. Please refund my money and cancel HBO.

How to Cancel HBO?

HBOGO.... I never even signed up with my Internet Service Provider and I still got charged for something I never used!

You're not speaking to Apple. This is a user-to-user support forum. What you need to do is call Apple Support and personally speak to someone. We can't get you your money back, nor can we cancel HBOtoGo for you.
