Jun 5, 2016 5:10 AM in response to CopsRuleby LACAllen,★HelpfulJust to follow up... (for EU13) it was Google who stopped support of push, not Apple dropping the function.

Jun 4, 2016 6:37 PM in response to LACAllenby EndUser13,What happened to my post?? Will it show up?? Did I miss it? Anyway, thanks for the reply I wasn't so much referring to just to Google. I have five or six email accounts myself that only one of them is Google. One is AT&T the other one is a work email, office 365 email and so on. This is a great example that in some cases there could be a very good explanation given as to why Products services, ports etc, shortcuts, computer models, copy & paste.. Just kidding. Are taken away. That might alleviate the small amount of frustration. They've got that big beautiful stage every September or so, perfect time to announce things that will not be anymore.
Thanks again for the reply!

Jun 4, 2016 6:42 PM in response to EndUser13by EndUser13,Here's something else you can remove, they weren't just rants or complaints.. It's call constructive criticism. People on Google or yelp have to sit there and take without the ability to erase the constructive criticism, rants etc. .. That makes them want to do better to avoid said rants..

Jun 4, 2016 6:44 PM in response to EndUser13by LACAllen,It would seem your tone in your previous post was the reason for it being deleted.
You're venting at the wrong party here my friend. Most email providers have stopped push in order to boost their own mail apps vs. Apple's native clients.
This is a community provided for technical communication between users.
It is not meant for tirades and rants. For any reason, real or imagined.
There was nothing constructive about your post.

Jun 4, 2016 6:57 PM in response to LACAllenby EndUser13,Haven't mastered the ability to vent displeasure without sounding just a bit displeasurable. I guess I'm not understanding the difference between"push" and that being the same thing as when I plug in my new iPad device every single one of my email accounts properly loads up on that new iPad, without me having to retype new information on that new iPad device to see those email accounts.

Jun 4, 2016 7:04 PM in response to CopsRuleby TMHahn,Go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data.
Select your Gmail account. Switch it to "Fetch."
Go back one screen to the "Fetch New Data" page and scroll to the bottom. Switch "Fetch" to something more frequent, like "Every 15 Minutes" or "Hourly."
"Push" is when you get notifications any time there is new email. "Fetch" is when the app refreshes itself and looks for new emails.

Jun 4, 2016 7:09 PM in response to EndUser13by LACAllen,The op was asking about push notifications. A "bing" that would happen whenever a new Gmail message arrived without having to refresh. That was removed, by Google, quite a while ago.
What is your question then. You haven't really asked one yet. Maybe it deserves it's own thread which you can start by clicking on NEW > Discussion at the top of the page.

Jun 4, 2016 7:22 PM in response to LACAllenby EndUser13,Okay lets try again, When I plug in a new iPad in to my macbook pro.......Why does it not copy all of my EMAIL ACOUNTS to my new iPad so I don't have to set up those accounts all over again, all that information from the same 5 email accounts on my macbook pro to my new iPad. I don't know how to be any more clear. That's what I said in the first "Question" Email accounts copying are much different then Emails "Pushing" and "Fetching" Is that a proper question?
