Uninstall the Blackberry software as your version is incompatible with El Capitan and has been a known offender. http://support.blackberry.com/kb/articleDetail?ArticleNumber=000018771

If you want to find and remove the files youself you can try Apples instructions Stop pop-up ads in Safari - Apple Support
