When i shake my mouse, cursor start begin bigger ,is Captain os problem but how to turn of this option, when i play a game my cursor appears in game and game slow down .. need help Thx you.

System Preferences->Accessibility->Display, UNcheck the box that says: "Shake mouse pointer to locate"
