Make sure you only get memory from a place like the above that guarantees it will work with your Mini. Macs ae picky about memory.

Not sure why you're suggesting a screwdriver. You can lift the tabs at the outsides of the modules with a finger or thumb on each. And probably a good idea to use an ESD wrist strap before going near the RAM. I wouldn't go near the RAM with anything metallic.
