Q: i need to reset my apple id questions and answers

i purchared an apple id card for myself. i want to do purchased but i cant. i need to know my apple id security answers but i dont know them anymore. i've researched for how to reset it. i found how to do it. on the apple site it says in the account managemnt part of the site you can click ''edit questions'' now until that part everything went good. and then there SHOULD be an optuion saying ''reset your security questions''. now i cant find that. ive seen pictures and its not there. and now i cant get into my apple id. i can but i cannot play with the account management. becaquse its locked of too many tried of the answers

how can i reset this?
