Q: Internal loudspeaker

After experiencing the lousy CustomNet service of Apple perhaps someone can help me here: On phone calls I can hardly hear the other side and always have to turn the external loudspeaker on. Case ID df Apple not working properly, appoinntments in Berlin booked out.....

Can someone help?

    Hi, 

     

    I'm sorry that you haven't been happy so far with the service that you've received. I hope that I can help you with some troubleshooting for this, so that you can hear people during phone calls without having to put them on speakerphone.

     

    We actually provide a great article here with lots of different options for ensuring that the sound on your iPhone is working as expected.

     

    If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone​

     

    Please keep in mind also that some cases and protective films may cover the receiver on your iPhone, and dampen the sound. If you have either of these, it's a good idea to test your iPhone without them.
