How do I burn a .MOV file to a DVD, to play on a DVD Player?

Hi there!

Using El Capitan on Mac (21.5-inch, Late 2013).

So, I have a .mov file and I want to burn it to a DVDr using an external Samsung SE-208 DVD drive so that it will be playing as a DVD on a DVD Player/Television.

Could any one advise the most simple and easiest way of doing this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much!

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
