I would like to think that my reminders notifications on my iPhone and Mac are in sync but they are not. While the reminder details them selves are duly synchronised, the actual popping up of the notification isn't.
Let's say I have set a reminder for something due to happen tomorrow morning. If tonight I edit the details and push it back a week, within minutes my iPhone pops up with the notification on the lock screen. The details are right (i.e. due in a weeks time), but I didn't want to be notified about it now! The Mac will notify me at the correct time.
Why is this happening? Should I click 'ignore' and if I do will it not pop up at the due time?
