No airport base stations have been found (A1521)

I have an airport extreme (Model # A1521) that was working before I moved. Now that I am in my new place I have performed a factory (hard) reset on it and turned it on. I then turned on my airport utility app on my iPhone 5S and it states "No airport base stations have been found...". Please, advise.

I hooked it up to my Dell PC and it does recognize it when I do a "ipconfig /all". However, when it comes to wireless detection, it has not worked. 😕

AirPort Utility would be used to make any changes on an AirPort that has already been set up and configured. Since you reset the AirPort back to default settings, you needed to set it up again first.

If you had a Mac, you would need to click the WiFi menu at the top of the screen, then click on AirPort Extreme under the listing of New AirPort Base Station.
