Q: Macbook Pro almost unusable- so slow, very frequent beach ball-

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro 15 inch mid 2012 Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB. It is taking me a long time to even type this message as the beach ball spins very frequently. Following is a report from Etre Check and following that is a system report from my console. Hopefully someone can help me because I've been using my phone as a computer for the past couple of months due to my computer being nearly unusable.
