Q: is there a way to combine two old back ups?

is there a way to combine two old back ups so that I could get the information from both back ups restored to my phone ?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8

    Thanks for checking with us in Apple Communities, Jmejia1314. That's a very good question.

     

    I see you're wondering about the possibility of combining multiple iOS backups. Since each back up is basically a snapshot of your device at the time you've backed up, there isn't any way to merge them. You could restore the back up that has most of the information you need then recreate the information that's missing though.
