Fl Studio 11 Freezes Computer

So, I have Bootcamp to split my SSD with Windows 7 and El Capitan.

When I am working in FL Studio 11 for some reason my computer freezes and becomes un responsive. I then have to hard restart it. This randomly occurs if I leave FL Studio running without touching a single button for 30 mins or it will happen in the middle of me creating something. Ive updated Fl Studio 11 to the latest version, I also updated most of my sound plugins, I have 16GB worth of RAM also. I also use a MBOX Mini as my interface. That is also fully updated. I'm at a loss can anyone help????
