Hi, I am using Iphone 5s with version 9.3.2.
From two days onwards i cannot use the rear camera showing an error as "flash disabled iphone 5s needs to cool downflash disabled iphone 5s needs to cool down"
Kindly provide your solution on this.

I dont think that for this problem there is no solution, It happened with me to I did each and every single thing to restore it and nothing changed. What I think is that its an hardware failure which means you need to change your cellphone.
He meant about the flash light when the error occure the flash light button in not working to that means no flash light!
There is no Flash on iOS devices.
Please describe where and in which app do you see this message. In the meantime, do not click on any links associated with this message, nor call any phone numbers. It is likely a scam.
While using camera application in phone..I can use front camera.. while switching to back camera, this error appears..
Try a simple Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).
If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone.
I am also having the same problem with my iphone5s regarding the back camera and flash light.
I don't know what is the issue.
I restored my iPhone and 2 nothing changed but there is a msg shown up " flash is disabled" : the iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash.
Sounds like a hardware failure of the rear flash. Unfortunately their is no component repair offered by Apple for this.
