My phone has been stolen from my locker at school, I tried to locate it in find my iPhone but whoever stole the phone turned it off or turned the wifi off because I can't locate it on find my iPhone as it is 'Offline'. Could maybe someone tell me how to turn it online!!!!

Sorry, but until or unless it reconnects to the Internet at some time there is nothing you can do remotely to it. In order to send any command of any kind to it, it has to already be connected to the Internet. Did you report it to the school administration and the police?
