Q: Earpods return

Hello!

I have (again there's no sound in left) problem with my earpods and wanted them to be returned to authorised reseller. Nevertheless, I was told that my iPhone is out of warranty. Okey - I know this - but these broken earpods are the new one I was given half year ago when I had returned the former one, included to iPhone. Doesn't warranty renew upon returning?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2, null

    I would assume it does

you can also verify the issue is with the headset by trying to connect them to a computer or something else with a 3.5mm minijack connector it's all std apart from support fro the buttons and mic you can use any headset with the phone even a headset from a 1980s sony walkman should you so chose

Well... Main problem is they don't accept them because iPhone has no warranty anymore...

And they for sure doesn't work! So should be able to be returned...

If you had your phone and earpods replaced under warranty 6 months ago, they would not have a brand new one year warranty. They would have the remainder of the original warranty.
