update itunes in windows 10

i cannot update itunes with windows 10. it says that there is a file missing in apple software update. i cannot even uninstall the previous itunes

Try repairing the existing copy of Apple Software Update first. If that doesn't work try try the Microsoft Fixit mentioned in note 1 below the second box in the user tip that Chris has mentioned.
