Q: Account locked and cannot contact support
Hello,
I'm from Greece and I have bought my first Apple product, a Macbook Pro from official dealer at 2008, on the same time I registered for Apple ID, today I tried to login to icloud.com in order to check my @me.com email but it was asking me security questions like name of first pet and dream job which I really don't remember at all what I had filled back then, when I tried to reset security questions I realised that the backup email was an old email I used to use back then which is not working any more since few years now.
So far so good, the issue is that I'm visiting Kiev for two weeks maybe three, and from what I saw Apple does not have any official representatives here in Ukraine, also there isn't any email or contact form to fill so I could get my support and unlock my account (which got locked because of I tried multiple times to answer the security questions with no luck). Thankfully icloud drive and email works fine in my macbook pro but I still need support in order to unlock my account.
I believe that it asked my my security questions because I tried to login from another country and I guess it was suspicious attempt for the system.
What do you suggest me to do? Contact support by phone once I get back to my country or there is another way like mail or live chat?
Thanks a lot, cheers!
