Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

apple.com/support -2103F screen

My mac desplied a folder with a question mark, I tried to recover it by pressing command R as support articles showed, then it ended up with a screen saying apple.com/support -2103F


what should I do ?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

that error code -2103F, appears when your computer attempts to use Internet Recovery (not simple on-disk local Recovery) and fails because the requirements for your Wi-Fi network are not met. This may mean your boot drive is not responding.


To successfully use Internet Recovery, your Network-Name cannot be hidden and you must all meet all these requirements:

PPPoE (where there is no router handling the PPPoE connection)
