Q: Windows Autorun CD on iMac

I have some photo CDs that were produced and intended to be run on Windows PCs where the Windows "Autorun" feature launches the program to view the photos.  The photos are incorporated into an executable file, but the individual .JPG image files are not visible to be clicked upon individually to be viewed in iMac's Preview program.  Is(are) there any option(s) that will allow me to view these disks, or program(s) that I can download to allow viewing of photo disks like these on an iMac?

I have an iMac Yosemite El Capitan computer running OS X 10.11.5 with Apple's external CD/DVD drive reader/burner.

Thank you,

Wade

OS X will not run MS Windows .exe files unless the Mac has Windows installed on it. If you are sure the CD has jpgs on it, then load it on a PC, extract the photos and save them on another CD or flash drive and then import them into your Photos app on the Mac.
