system_service_exception windows10

I have windows 10 installed on my iMac 21.5 late 2013. When the mac restart after installing the Boot Camp drivers in windows, Windows could not load anymore (system_service_exception). Does anyone know how I can fix this?

it's not as much a bootcamp issue as a general windows issue I would read
