Jun 6, 2016 6:02 PM in response to nosaelgby turingtest2,I suspect you'll need to do a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes. Apple's software doesn't seem to react well to an in place upgrade of Windows. See the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.
