Q: locking into an apple music account
Hi there,
I have the following problem:
I already have an apple music membership, but I'm not logged into it on my iPhone 6.
Now if I want to log in, it's only letting me sign up for a new membership.
Why isn't there something like an "already have an apple music membership" button?
I'm paying for this but can't use it, also I get really stressed out without my beloved music.
Looking forward to some help from y'all.

If the payment could not be completed, then no membership is active, and you would need to actually successfully purchase the membership for it to work.
It does not activate if it cannot be successfully charged.
You can verify if you have an active subscription tied to that Apple ID by following this support document to Manage your membership.
Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support
If it does not appear in your subscriptions, then there is no membership active.
